Carolyn Jorgensen is a software developer specializing in Microsoft Excel and Access applications. She brings many years' experience creating financial, accounting, engineering, scheduling, and executive information systems for corporate users to Micro Touch.

Prior to becoming a full-time software developer, Carolyn's experience included positions as Financial Analyst for Bechtel Corporation. Carolyn's software development experience includes a long-term contract positions as Software Developer for Advanced Fibre Communications, a mid-size telecom firm, and Senior Consultant for North American Mortgage Company, a mid-size mortgage brokerage firm.

She has also taught over 500 people to use spreadsheet and database software in private seminars and taught college level courses in micro computing at Golden Gate University in San Francisco.

Carolyn authored numerous publications on spreadsheets for Sybex Books (see portfolio), including Mastering 1-2-3, which sold over 100,000 copies and was translated into French, German, Spanish, and Greek.
